One of Damar Aerosystems’ core competencies is manufacturing large, thin metal skin components using vacuum fixtures on the CNC gantry machines.

With a shear, CNC punch, and brake presses, we can manufacture the most complicated sheet metal configurations.

Our assembly department has many capabilities, including bearing and bushing installation, ground stud mounting, torqued fastener installation, fay sealing, bonding, and functional testing.

We are able to provide special kitting needs and “Just-In-Time” point-of-use deliveries to match the ever-changing scheduling needs of our customers.
